What is Golf Xaz?

Golf Xaz is a social, golf and sports Club that only members and guests can access.

What facilities does the Club have?

The social facilities include:

  • The Pazo de Xaz which is the Club House with a cafeteria, restaurant and social lounge, changing rooms and shop.
  • The Social Area with swimming pools for children and adults, its own cafeteria, gardens, multi-sports court and children’s play area.

The sports facilities include:

  • 18-hole golf course
  • Practice range
  • Putting green
  • Chipping green
  • 4 outdoor artificial grass and methacrylate paddle tennis courts
  • 1 outdoor artificial grass tennis court
  • Gym equipped with 140 m2 of hall space with changing rooms

The Club’s Social Area will be fully operational during the summer months and the rest of the year it will operate with adapted hours.

Are all facilities owned by the Club?

All facilities are the exclusive property of the Club, with the exception of Pazo de Xaz, which houses the Club House on a lease basis.

How can I become a member of the Golf Club?

To become a member of the Club you must be the owner of a share of Campo de Golf de Xaz SA

Campo de Golf de Xaz SA is the owner of the golf course and complementary facilities; it has exclusive rental rights over Pazo de Xaz that houses the Club House.

Does the purchase of a share allow my family to use the Club?

The shares of Campo de Golf Xaz SA allow the owner to use and enjoy the Club, as well as their spouse and children under the age of 25, with the corresponding payment of family fees.

How many shares are put up for sale?

Initially, a maximum of 350 shares are put up for sale with a starting price equivalent to the cost of the investment and which coincides with the price actually paid by the promoting shareholder.

What is the share price?

The share price is the same as that paid by the promoting shareholder. This price will be respected for all those who sign a preference agreement before 15 October 2020 or until the 350 shares initially available are exhausted.

How many shares can I buy?

Each owner is expected to acquire only one share.

However, the acquisition of shares in the name of children under the age of 25 will be allowed, without the obligation to pay their club fees as the main owner until they are 25.

What is the Club membership maintenance fee?

The Club membership maintenance fee is in line with fees from other clubs of a similar category. Quotas will not begin to rotate until the official opening of the Golf Club, which is scheduled for spring 2021.

Can I access the Club and use the facilities if I am not a member?

No. The Club that comprises the golf course, the practice ranges, el Pazo Club House, the sports facilities (gym, paddle tennis, tennis), the swimming pool and the Social Area is for the exclusive use of the members and their guests.

Non-members can only access to play golf at certain times and under specific conditions, after paying a Non-Member Green Fee established by the Club.

Are there advantages for the residents of Oleiros?

Yes. The Club has a clear commitment to learning and sports initiation, which is why it has planned a selection of activities related to playing golf, aimed at students enrolled in Public Teaching Centres in the Municipality of Oleiros, during school or non-school hours, in the field practice area.
