Former CEO of Buenaventura Golf Club in Panama, considered the best course in the country, Alfonso Castiñeira, is looking forward to joining the Golf Xaz project in Oleiros-A Coruña.
For Alfonso Castiñeira, this is “a very special project which boasts an 18-hole golf course designed by Stirling & Martin”, including “excellent quality sports and leisure facilities”. In addition, “the Pazo de Xaz, a landmark in the region, has been remodelled to accommodate the Club House, giving clear added value for future club members.”
Alfonso Castiñeira has extensive experience in the golf industry. He was previously Director of Operations at the Desert Springs Resort in Almería. He is a member of the Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) and the Spanish Association of Golf Managers (AEGG).
